Kubota "U35" compact excavator $95hr., includes operator

Kubota "MX 5000" 4 X 4 Tractor $95hr., includes operator

Bucket Truck 40' reach, $150hr., includes operator & ground man for safety

Labor: All labor levels depend on job & employee experience
          Level 3: $60 hr. per man
          Level 2: $50 hr. per man
          Level 1: $42 hr. per man


Hauling Rate: $95 hr. Disposal fees not included into hourly rate.

Emergency Rates (24 hr.): $142.50 Time and 1/2

Timber Fallers: : All labor levels depend on job & employee experience
          Level 3: $78 hr. per man
          Level 2: $72 hr. per man
          Level 1: $62 hr. per man

Minimum charges: Not including destination charges 4 hr. minimum

Destination charges: After 22 hrs. of work, no charge unless job site is over 3 hrs.

All services are hourly unless an agreement is made otherwise, such as: A proposal, estimate, or bid.

Deposits of 50% of estimated project costs are due before job start date, unless prior payment arrangements have been made. A contract and /or receipt will be signed at this time. The remaining balance or "last half" payment is due and payable at the time of job completion as described in proposal, estimate, or bid.

Payment Methods: Cash, Check or VISA, Mastercard & Discover. There will be a 2% transactional fee for credit card payments made to All-In-1 Contracting.

Good Customer Discount (G.C.D.)*: If payment is made promptly at the time of job or project completion an automatic percentage will be taken off total amount of labor only - not including materials.
          $2,500 or less a 2% discount applies
          $2,501 or more a 4% discount applies
          $6,000 or more a 6% discount applies

* All-In-1 reserves the right to refuse this G.C.D. due to disputes regarding the total amount of job or project and or false payments such as bad checks, expired or stolen credit cards or cash that is not legal tender.

** If non-legal tender is used as method of payment customer will be liable for any and all lawful damages to All-In-1 Contracting.
